Our primary goal with a custom Drupal site is to empower our client to take full advantage of it's power. Once a site is developed, the client is trained (over the phone w/ a web browser handy) to run with it.

Once the training wheels come off, your Support Plan scales down to “Cruise Control”, where minimal time is required by Superclean aside from dedicated support when needed in addition to basic hosting/backup/maintenance duties.
